SAW induced fluorescein sodium (NaF) penetrated the brain of zebrafish. 10-day-old zebrafish was maintained in 1 mg/ml NaF solution, and then exposed with SAW (19.68 MHz, 37.8 dBm, 5 min). Control group was maintained in NaF solution without SAW stimulation. After 5 min, the zebrafish was washed in fresh water and observed under a fluorescence microscope. Data are representative results of two individual experiments. e and f were the enlargement of the white dashed box in c and d, respectively. Scale bar was 500 μm in (A, B) and 200 μm in (C, D)
