Live and dead assay of the cell encapsulated crosslinked hydrogel samples at Day 0, 3 and 7: (A) GelMA, (B) CNP (50%) GelMA, (C) CNP GelMA (D) CNP + GelMA, all samples (30% w/v) are mixed with Irgacure 2955 (5% w/w) and cross-linked with UV exposure during bioprinting. 0.5 million/ml MC3T3 cells were mixed with GelMA/Irgacure solution and bioprinted before crosslinking (UV treatment)
