(A) Macrophage markers, CD68 and CD206, were stained to determine the immunogenic effect of SAP-SP (DAPI: blue, CD68: red, CD206: green). Scale bars: 200 μm. (B) SAP and SAP-SP were tagged with biotin and TAMRA to confirm the effect of injected SAP-SP in the articular knee joint. At 1, 3, and 5 months after injection, immunofluorescent staining was performed to analyze SAP-SP disappearance in vivo, and the positive area was quantified using images by Image J (*, p < 0.05).
