SEM analysis of the luminal side of NRA and DRA confirms the elimination of cell components in tissues decellularized using 0.5% SDS and 0.25% SDS + 0.5% TX. Cellular remnants are observed as white spots in 1% TX group and to a lower extent in CHAPS group.
